I'd been playing guitar for about 4 years when I designed it. The way I saw it, being a relative beginner was a big advantage designing this poster, because I was close to all the struggles, and when I asked "musicians" they always went way over my head. Eventually I found a fantastic teacher in Spencer Reed, an amazing Jazz guitarist who also had great communication skills for beginners (a rare combination indeed), and he became my editor for this project. I was also lucky enough to find an unbelievably cool artist in Szugye. It's always so cool when things fall into place like this poster did. Gerald Another fun one to design.
